Privacy Policy

GetBusinessFlightis a service by SIA "VT Premium", registered in Latvia. We take your privacy seriously and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You provide consent when subscribing to deal alerts by checking the consent checkbox. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.

What we collect

  • Email address — only when you voluntarily subscribe to deal alerts via the consent checkbox. Used solely for sending flight deal notifications.
  • Consent timestamp — when you gave consent, for our compliance records.
  • Search queries — origin, destination, and travel dates (anonymized, no IP addresses stored permanently). Used for service improvement and deal curation.

What we don't collect

  • IP addresses (not stored permanently)
  • Cookies for tracking
  • Payment information
  • Personal identification data

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your data (Art. 15)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
  • Erasure of your data (Art. 17)
  • Withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3))
  • Data portability (Art. 20)
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Data storage

During the beta period, subscriber data is stored on secure EU-based server infrastructure. We retain email addresses only while your subscription is active. Search data is anonymized and retained for up to 90 days. We are in the process of migrating to a dedicated EU-region database for long-term storage.

Third parties

We use Google Flights data (via SearchAPI.io) to display fare information. No personal data is shared with these providers. Prices displayed are indicative and sourced from third-party data — actual fares may vary at time of booking.
